Incumbents in this class manage and coordinate the activities of an assigned computer operations shift; works directly with computer personnel and technical advisors to evaluate and implement suggestions relating to program utilization and equipment problems. Supervises the implementation of scheduled production activities; develops and implements operational procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy of the team.

Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must be a graduate of any IT Related Degree
Proficient on principles of WAN/LAN and TCP/IP
Proficient on functions of Hub, Switch and Router
Proficient on functions of PABX
Knowledgeable on Information Technology best practices and standards
Knowledgeable on Linux
With minimum 1 year experience as Technical Support Supervisor or System Administrator
